I will wait on miu's and cran's opinion.

A lot of her items that have high hit are non-rare items. Things like vulcans drop everywhere all the time. It's not that far fetched to find one with 55% hit and tek it up to 65% or so.

What is more suspicious is her 100% items and the Dark Flow. I have a strong suspicion that she's been trading for blacklisted items. And of course the blacklist is NOT gone - these are still very high risk items.

Still, I'm not sure if we have enough evidence to cross the line of reasonable doubt. The auction items I don't feel is enough evidence. The 100% items are a lot more suspicious to me.

we know that the non-rare 55 hit can be droped and found easily most of the time and even the people can farm them, then they can lvl up to 65% to make trades.

i personally think that in cases like this could not be like that at all, i am aware that there could not be enough evidece of her using some kind of trainer to hack the items, but what is enough for me is the fact that she has 2 reports registred here in the GM's section due to susupicious items, i received more via PM in the past and also in the Moderator queue from the trade forum.

i let them go abit just to watch more her activities and see if more people came with more reports and yup, here we are now discussing about her again.

judging arelh's report in the checking section, he has a point:

*she was reported because the same thing, had a first account revision and was cleaned up, 5 items were deleted and the rest were "ghost", then she was unbanned.

*the second time the reports do not stop, she is banned one more time and the second account revision is done, happens the same, more "ghost" items that were not found in the account...



however she has suspicious items like:



very good sphered.

we could consider in part that she is hacking them some how, but that's still the doubt, there are some many others things to consider.
perhaps she is just a very good black listed items trader after all.

kk, this girl claims that she does not hack anything and is asking for her account, indeed, she have suspisious items which can be removed, after all she could be careless while trading stuff and get items like that.

the ppl is so paranoic accusing her of hax, we knpw is not always like that and the haters just want to see to someone banned to feel better.

i wish to read more opinins about this user to know if she deserves an unban.

Arleh I sent you a PM before I realized that this was the topic about the person.

I'd say we kind of put her on probation. Clean the account, and then we keep a very close eye on it. If we see any kind of bad behavior on it, come down on her like a ton of bricks.

I'm very suspicious, but I don't want to be unreasonable either.

My opinion is, clean it thoroughly and let them have it, but any more trouble and they are gone for good.

mmm... i think you can just to clean up by last time her account, she must have enoug knowledge to identify what is good and what is bad while trading.

like cran said, we can keep a close aye on her, but seriously, if she is in problems again after this, she will lose the chance and the account will stay permanently banned.

this is the 3rd chance she is having, i personally will not tolerate a 4th time...

If this really is the 3rd time that they've had trouble (I haven't had time to search their history) than to me that is a different story. 3 strikes you're out I would say.

in the same 1 page is reported too the second time she is banned for the same thing, that time was by Miu's request and since that point we arrived until this post ;P

tell her to pm arelh since he is the one that can give information and status, that's the only thing we can to do.

the people that is for account checks should only contact him, even in the rules says that they must contact and deal with the problem with only 1 GM, having more GMs dealing with the same issue is a waste of time, but in this case, need to be directly with the GM in charge to check the accounts.

i already pme'd her yesterday telling that her account will be unbanned tonight as soon as i finish to remove her important items and i gave her a warning about if she is involved in a problem the next time, idk why she continue pming to others GMs.

this is a slow process, i know that we have months with heer case, but we have alot of so many others hings to pay attention too and that's why we said that her ban was until further notice.

i will make my policy or rules about the accounts checks and see if crono approves it ;P
