Yeah, I remember seeing that thread a few times when looking up a few seemingly Asian players. That account was empty, but his other one was full of hacks. =/
Kinda like how users use an empty account GC on the forums but meet with another in-game or make PD shops in game and only change accounts to get their high hit dupes.
