this person need to be banned anyways because he is using a RR out of the allowed Lv.

He/She might not know of the new level on red ring so its best to ask about that before banning.

Edit: I got to her and she didn't know the red ring was 181 so i told her to take it off and i got the excal from her and sold it so this on is ok for now, also i checked her for more unsealable items and she said she lent someone a excal but i dunno who the person is.
