First, this stems from this report.

Ender has sent me multiple private messages about it. I'm going to copy and paste them here:

ffs cran i dont need this any noob i see on ma team i give stuff to to encourage them to keep playing i did the same with this guy he got kicked for harrasing a female team member simpe and now wants to start grief or what no u can see my history ive never been reported for nothing in my life ive helped get so many hax banned this is kinda unfair singleing out something should happen to his forum account and or bb account for making serious false claims in lob of me haxing bla bla goe for ftd at lvl 160 wtf

i did blow up on him yday in lob cause he made me mad saying i was haxor and what not and admit it was wrong fr me to do i didnt do it this morning though during this log i just pasted u

At this point I responded saying that the only communication I've had with Oscar so far is that he PM'd me asking why his post had been deleted and I responded to him saying that his post hadn't been deleted but was awaiting GM approval and it would be looked at shortly.

Ender responded once more with this:

i already replied in the report cran, please take a look..

logs can to be alterated, what oscar reported does not match with the things, Ender is lvl 182, he is allowed to use a Red Ring and aFTD already.

i do not see where the GOE is.

he said that Eder was offering a free FTD and 6 ps, we need to know if this was true first.

My gut feeling here is that the real issue here is that the 2 of them had a falling out and are trying to lash out at each other now. This seems more like they are trying to get revenge on each other than anything.

The whole thing seems fishy to me. I've seen your responds, and that most of the stuff in the PMs I got isn't even related to that report at all suggests even more to me that we are getting caught in the middle of a grudge between 2 players.

the people is acting like that lately, but i see what you mean, they are just fighting, but my point here is that more than Ender, Oscar could be faking things aginst Ender, take as refference that report, oscar is accusing him of GOE when Ender is a High level character, the goe does not apply there.

the part where he says that Ender is offering free black listed items is something that we need to discover is is true.

Ender is being accused of racist in others reports, perhaps that is his only sin for now.

Ender is a serious troll in the lobby... don't let him fool you, I have had a few issues with him while on an alt. account when he doesn't realize I am sitting right in the same lobby. he will intentionally push people just to get a reaction. he probably did say something about being an ex-gm and how he has influence with current GMs and whatever else.
But there is 1 thing out of all of this that seals the deal, this quote here:

That makes me not believe any evidence Oscar presents against Ender.

In my opinion this whole issue is just another kiddie fight they want us to referee to decide a winner, well it's not going to happen.
I say if they want to act like kids, treat them like kids, close the case and tell both players involved to avoid each other from here on out and if we see or hear ANYTHING else about it from either party, everyone involved is getting put in time-out!... simple solution.

Most of the logs presented are crap for evidence, but after reading these logs, I do believe that Ender is telling others he is a GM. I feel like he should get a week ban for that. even if he didn't use it for "personal gain" it is besides the point, making people believe you are staff can cause confusion in the community by telling players he is a GM but is ok with certain hacking if it doesn't interfere with other players, wtf? lol...

i find Ender guilty only of impersonating to a GM and trolling which deserves a 1 week ban?

about the hacking thing, i do not see anything yet that can prove he was using GOE.

Oscar's report tells me exactly fuck all, besides the fact that he's a complete moron.

Ender has said to me that he used to be a GM and he knows Christian etc but never said he was a GM (to me anyways).

i doubt schthack could take trolls as GMs, but from the behaviour of this guy, and from the way he called "christian" instead of "schthack" to the old administrator, i have the feeling that he is val chan or one of those bad GMs from the end of the administration of christian, i am just assuming, im not sure.

im having more reports against this person, the crime he is doing is that he is trolling as the hell in the lobby saying BS and inventing things.

i feel like he need to be banned and take a rest for a while, what do you think?

i was reading some logs sent by others users, in all of them he speaks about a ban over a person, but he never says who applied said bans, if was himself pretending to be GM or was any of us.

the most interesting part here are 2 things:

1.- the fact that he apparently can check items (there is a guy askig him that)

well i quickly spoke to crono about him and he was ok with the 1 week ban.

i just think, so much trolliing (in the way he was doing it) is in fact something that hurt the stability on the players, if he was a GM or not, i don't know, i think is not true, whatever.... if he persist saying it, he should name us at least which GM he was and stop to be a troll, i warned him before about this tought PM's.

He sent me a message in private messages saying the logs are faked and that he has 7 people that can show they are faked. I found it a bit amusing that he's calling them fake without even having seen them, that is unless you sent him the logs in PM.

Anyways, I still haven't finished this Java assignment so I haven't been able to look yet. I'll try and get up to speed soon.

Whatever my opinion is though, I can't overturn a Crono decision so my opinion be it for or against, would be all but mute at this point.

yes he told me the same, but to be frank, that excuse is being common "i got logs of people saying that gthey will fake proof to get me banned".

the latest logs i received were from people that he even does not know and never talk, in that way we can't say is true what Ender says about the people in the lobby 13, i just can think from this point that Ender is just trying to fool us.

there is one thing... he was banned basically because of his own conduct, trolling much.... nothing else.

he was not banned due to hacks because there is not proof of that, oscar was not capable to provide enough evidence of that either, that part is not valid for me so may be the people that wants him banned is trying to find out the way to provide evidence about him hacking the game.

all the trouble he has now is because his own mouth saying BS and trollish attitude.

i was there hiden in the lobby just watching what he says, he had a discussion with a guy called Sam because he can not stop to be a troll.

About Oscar.

this guy is banned for 2 reasons.

1.- i will check his account and remove the black listed items that Ender gave to him.

2.- the next time he makes a report against someone, he need to be sure to provide enough and solid evidence of hacking and NEVER make reports to get banned to a player just because he is butthurt, enter into a fight with the other person and wants to get rid of the enemie by making a report in revenge, in some cases faking them (i am not refering to him specially), in cases like that, i personally could ban to both persons until they can fix the differences and stop to make us wasting our time with stupids reports (this goes for those who wants to do the same.)

if you make a report, do it because you want to help us to keep a legit game, be cause you want to do the right thing, because you listen at the rules.

Oscar's ban should be for 1 week too, but since he need also an account check, the ban will be until further notice, i will take my time checking it.

so oscar, do not bother sneding me PMs asking if your account isn't checked yet or when your account will be unbanned, i will to PM you when is done.
