I'd say he's boss warping given how many 38's he has on him and if he is farming them which he clearly is then why is he doing it the long way and not in ttf?

i think the same, otherwise why he would cover that part in the HUD?

covering 2 times that part in the HUD is not an "accident" or a window disorder, the window is placed there deliberately, is perfectly clear.

and an other funny thing is that he have open the office as background instead of show the desk (in both links), something is he hiding behind the office in the desk too.

make him show proof without the obstructions (in fact, you may want to update the rules...no obstructing proof pics) or ban him from trading / just ban him (since everyones already said ban him, I guess). tbh i don't see how hiding your bars is hiding boss warping, looks more like he'd be hiding his bars because of an invincibility hack / one shot kill hack. which i also think is kind of stupid, since you can modify your pb / hp / tp at will. but its true some of these people are stupid.

he was already banned from the forum due to the item L&k38 combat (ask to rufus for more details about his ban) but nobody said he will be banned of the server.

i would like to give more instances for this but sadly he edited his first auction topic removing all the content as soon as he finished the activity there.

if you see the titles, he was trading other L&K38 combat.

i already gave the pics of his second and third auction. the last auction was disapproved tought.

2 times may be is not alot of time, maybe yes, i believe is up to each one, but i think if he did this the 1st time, can be tolerable, a 2nd time is coincidence and is suspicious of "something" or perhaps is just a noob trying to call the attention, the 3rd time.... we sadly missed it when he removed all the content in the first auction topic.

about the obstructions in the proof pics, i will to consider it in the next revision to the rules.

i also belive that his ban of the forum was faster, i really didn't want to do something to him in the borads yet until see a bit more his behaivor, but i guess the ban of the forum will change his actions using the trades area and posting the proof pics.

Perhaps just enforce a trade ban on him. Catch him trading, throw him off the game. If he wants a reason, he can understand that his actions have led to that course. Someone would have to find him in game though first to tell him.

I only gave him a two day forum ban. I gave him an informal warning and an explantion as to why I wasn't happy with the pics he provided... and yet he went and put up the topic again exactly as it was before.

To confirm what's been said so far... he's hidden the Health section of the HUD in every pic bar his tek pic in both instances. He's also ignored my warning not to put all his pics in to one pic, since it detracts from the qaulity of the pics and makes it nigh illegible. He was made clear of his actions and went and done it again anyway.

I understand of course that this doesn't count as solid proof against him, but it's pretty evident that he doesn't give a toss about the BB Trade Section. If nothing else, I second giving him a trade section ban, if he does this again anyway.

Hiding content of the topic + hiding the life bar = admiting, in my opinion.

I discussed this player with Ramirez on Tue Jun 01, 2010...

He also had several L&K38 Price Checks including this one LK38 w/ very hit

I also agree that something is Suspicious about this player...

Since I feel this is an instance where we've discussed the issue but haven't particularly came to a conclusion... I'm going to ban him from only the trade section. If anybody feels there's not sufficient evidence to justify that, then please let me know.

Edit: Well that's certainly interesting. He put up absolutely no resistance whatsoever when told of his ban. He simply asked if he could expect to be off for weeks or months... this lack of resistance, in light of all the evidence, by my logic is basically an admittance that he's done wrong and accepts it. If he was in the right, he'd put up some sort of reasoning, no matter how weak, as to why the ban was unjust... but nothing.

I was very confident before banning him, and now I'm certain.

Mention to him that if he's caught trading in game, he'll be banned in-game as well.
