I agree, it's pretty small time stuff, but the agreement was that Sever, Revi, and DGM were to behave when Sever vouched for the other two, or they would all be banned. Might be worth keeping an eye on. I don't think Crono gave them a break just so they could act like shitheads (well, only sever for now) afterwards.

Sever is one of the more hostile players on the server. He's even PM'd me before and acted like this. He pretty frequently disrespects people on the forum as well.

Seriously, you should have seen the PM he sent me a year ago or so. He PM'd me complaining about how I indicated that his responds to a simple mail I sent was hostile.

As part of his argument that he doesn't act hostilly, he said things like "I'm a doctor in an OR and its not worth any more of my time to message you", "Just asking, but are you overweight?", and other such comments that I don't remember off the top of my head.

I mean, heck, just look at his post history:
