I searched his GC and found this: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=52572&hilit=22772716&start=15
(alt+f for 22772716 to find his account)

He was banned for profiting from his hacking friends, and he also had 21 PS + sphered up weapons.

According to the last posts in the thread, he had an account on the forums (psobb3333), but it's not there anymore.

Do we let him carry on and keep an eye on his trades or should he be rebanned? Offering all these for a single eggbow is a bit much...

i banned him, we have enough hacks and dupes around, we will not to take the risk with the chinese players now.
