First of all, this PM is also to put the things in the right place because after analize the situation with the others GM's, there is indeed a mistake by both parts and we want to put an END to the problem.

NOTE: I want to make this clear, I am NEUTRAL in all of this, im just doing my job trying to fix the problem and i am not defending or blaming to anyone here, as a Server GM and Forum Moderator I'M NOT ON ANYONE'S SIDE, please keep out the missunderstandings related to my actions.

I am not critcizing the personality, im just watching at the conduct to resolve the problem

YOUR ATTITUDE:

this is something that is calling our attention... you are harrassing to the people making comments "trolling" them, perhaps because you disagree on something... expressing the disagreements is ok, but the way you are doing it lately, is not the right.

we know that you say you did nothing wrong, this is easy, if someone attack you, do not give them a response attacking them...

taking as reference other problem:

if someone from The Hunger Trolled you on its TS, you no need to troll them back or stalk people because of that.

in this case, since the problem was arround the "INTERNET" and not here in the PSO forums and server, no one should take those probelms from there to put or mix them over the forum and server to make to this place in general part of the fight.

if the problem had its origin over the "INTERNET", keep them there and away of this place, perhaps, somehow the things could be a bit related, but somehow too, this place is independent of the place where the problem has its origin.

an other point, the internal problems that the server, forum or staff could have, are resolved ONLY FOR THE STAFF MEMEBERS and in upper case ONLY BY THE ADMINS, do not troll about it either.

to finish this PM, i agree that your attitude is being out of the line and i want to ask you...

please stop this, change your attitude because it is creating you problems, play nicely and continue helping to the people with the technical issues as always, if you see something inapropiate, do not troll or stalk, either fight, if there is a problem between users, you can always make a report (the reports and actions taken are valid only if the problem is in the forum and server).

1.- SIGNATURE: because the problem you both had the last night in the server, you were reported again, Manny complaint about the words you wrote in the signature:



Manny feelt that your sig was an attack on him, perhaps yes, it was an insinuation against him by your part, perhaps it isn't, anyway... well... let's to avoid more problems or missunderstandings with this and i will ask you please to remove it.

2.- ATTITUDE: in this case your attitude, there are reports about you (as you noticed) that you wants to control the way the people plays by telling them how to do it or forcing them to change their way to play....

this is a big mistake by your part and of course, this pisses off to the people, everyone is free to play in the way they wish and in the way they feel comfy not matter what kind of character the person is using; after all, there is not an instruction booklet that tells to the people how to play or a rule that forces to the people to change their ways playing to support to an other player.

i will ask you then, please, stop doing this with the players and respect them playing, if you do not like how a group of people plays, just go out of that party and search other to join or make your own game.

regardless of this, i know you will reply me with a wall of text explaining and justifying your conduct, but frankly, do not do that... because this will be something that would never end.. the purpose of this is kill the problem.

The definition of "stalking" has not been defined. I attempted to stress this point with Corey previously but a definition was never declared. As far as it stands currently "just happening to be in the same lobby" - Lobby 1 or 2 - is considered stalking and I believe this is unfair.

I do not specifically go looking for people (as Ade, Girth AND revision have) but they claim I am stalking them.

If they claim this is false I can provide MULTIPLE examples of this.

In response to "my attitude": I do not care what people think about my attitude. If this were in real life a person would either walk away, go somewhere else or tell me they have a problem with my attitude to my face. Currently this could be considered running to the police and saying to the officer "he hurt my feelings". If this is not how you'd like me to respond to the situation then that's fine. To be honest I'm rather irritated that a simple personal matter has been turned into a possible "legal" (in terms of getting banned on this server) matter.

I believe the entire handling of this situation is laughable at best. I'm being punished because I hurt someone's feelings.

My response to what they have to say: Grow a backbone and deal with it. There's this thing called "ignore" and there's another thing called "enemy" on the forums. It's very simple.



Bear in mind that I will remove all "help topics" I've posted on the forums as well as persue the usage rights of the patches and fixes I've made. This means that there could be Copyright issues brought upon this server. This is not a threat it's just simple fact. To continue with banning me could possibly be a financial mistake.





Also, I must point out that all of this BULLSHIT is over a decade old game that only a select few people play (in comparison to the entire internet gaming community).




To pre-empt any form of "panic ban" I will be pulling my help topic's links and replacing them with a "To Be Released after a current issue is resolved" banner. This should be acceptable since it points no fingers at anyone nor does it hint at why it is like this.



I am very disappointed in the handling of this situation.

I will follow any and all instructions given to me by the administration. If I'm disciplined and receive a ban because I hurt someone's feelings then I will have to leave this server for good.

I'm rather surprised that this is even being considered when your very own administration (Lee, Corey) treat other's in ways that "hurt" or "offend" others.

Something I must point out: Is there a "shut up comp" response to any threads I make? Is there a "complocked" response to threads I derail? You cannot deny that I do help the community in a positive way as I've strived to do since I started playing on this server. The only issue is that the "help" I provide isn't tangible since I help a lot in-game as well as providing fixes/patches that I've made specifically to help people. So very disappointed.... I have a feeling that after this PM is read that I will be banned. Oh well. Ade wins. I guess complaining to your GM (essentially police) friends is a great way to get someone banned and pushed away from this server. Meh, I needed a reason to leave anyway. I guess this situation and its handling is a good enough reason.

Definition:
stalk, stalking: action of harrass people.

you are indeed doing this with Ade, Girth etc, not matter who, as you said, you do not specifically go looking for people, but the stalking/harranssing and trolling still exist.

all they want is that you leave them alone and all what we the staff in general want is that you change your conduct, no stalking, no harrassing, no trolling TO NO ONE and nothing else.



May be this is unfair for you, but frankly i think that this is also fair enough at the same time....

just so you know, Ade got a warning like yours, both were warned equal, no one is the winner but no one is the loser here neither.

the purpose of the warning (pm) is to kill the problem by having a talk, the simple personal problem stopped to be like that when more people were involved and then it trunned on a global problem.

no one said you will be banned after the PM unless you continue having such attitude by ignoring the verbal warning, to avoid it, that's why i sent you the PM sto fix this in the best way if possible and if you cooperate with us, that's the goal.

I'm changing my signature, but I want all of this off of my record. That topic about "telling people how to play" was five months ago, and I shouldn't be punished for it now. It was a long time ago.

I know you cannot punish Manny for this, but him and the other members of SCHTcast (the PSO podcast) say very bad things about me and other members of my team all the time. This is why I hate him so much. We cannot do anything about it. Is there anything you can do?

Manny is a troll. He hates our team and he even DDOS our Teamspeak server. He also created a fake login on our TS server and recorded our conversations. I know you cannot punish him for any of this because it did not take place on Schtserv, but just know this is what he has done. I don't even know him or why he hates me.

if he trolls you on his TS, there is nothing we can do, all the TS are apart of this place, the warnings are applicable only if he trolls you in the forum or server.

if the problem have its origin in a TS, you need to resolve it by your own way, those problems must stay there and they should not be taken to mix over here (forum server), are differents places after all.

And he knows this, so there's nothing I can do to make him leave me alone.

Thank you for being nice about everything. I got some sleep last night and I'm not upset anymore.

Ever since I became a mod last week, compro sure hasnt left me alone through PMs and other things. I'm really getting tired of it so i'm going to show you this in hope that something gets done because its getting old. These are PMs he sent me immediately after Lee de modded me. Its quite obvious what hes trying to do.

I'm really getting sick of his harassment and trolling, among other things between him and members in my team. I really hope you do something cause its rather clear what hes doing. I also have plenty of proof of all the harassment and shit he did when I became a mod. If you need any of that, just ask.

He actually did withdraw his post in the BB tech support forum. That's actually quote low. If he's gonna help people do it because you want to do the right thing.

All his "help" posts seem to make me think he's stroking his e-peen (if he's gonna pull a stun like withdraw help because of his personal problems. I'll remake a general troubleshooting thread later and sticky that. From here on out I will not sticky anything he posts if he's gonna be so flaky.
