He's apparently Geroin, someone who should have had his accounts banned permanently for having a fuckton of hacked items. Of course, it's amusing to see the report was made by Zentradi/Brandon, but considering what Arelh found on the accounts, it's still valid to me.

Xaanton? Well, in case anyone forgot: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=86179&p=997205&hilit=xaanton#p997205

I have no solid evidence that C4 is Fabroni/whatever, but what about the rest? Ideas?

well, as you said, it is still valid to me too, but if ypou want to assure the things, we can just wait for more information about this person, then we can ban him with solid bases.
