I saw a few new reports that popped up in that thread but this one stood out, since it is somewhat a technical problem (I'm assuming) and I've never encountered something like this before, anyone have any imput?

Sounds like their account is compromised. Basically someone knows their user name and password and wiped their characters.

The best they can do at this point is request their password be changed. It's up to Crono if any kind of rollback is done, though generally the answer to that is no.

Foreign character symbols... and looks too long for BB. And crashes every time they load the game... very interesting.. hmmm. I think we might need an Administrator for this one.

is not the fisrt time that things like these happens, however, a rollback could be hard to make if the last back up is from May of the last year, i mean, if he won something in the xmas event until now days, he could lose stuff.

For this guy Arelh, even if it's that old it would still be worth it I think.

As it stands right now he has nothing at all.

We either leave him with a broken unusable account, or we roll him back to his last backed up save.

I think we should do the roll-back for this guy.

same thing happened to me.... chinese names then crash.... the GC# is 22807711.
as SND15 said, i don't want to lost my accounts. (so i gave all of my stuffs to my japanese team mates... to save rest of my items...)

PS2: i just want to know what is happening on this game. and i think this account hack things will be BIG problem for this server.
i meant someone will get same problem as me and SND15.

and again, i'm sure there is no roll back or something like that. so, i don't ask for items that i lost. but yea, this problem is should be solved soon imo.

the problem here cran is to make crono to apply these rollbacks, if he have them also recently updated, if the data is very old, he will lose level and ítems, if its like that, i dunno if the player can feel comfy having his restoration from an old data and level up again what he had done before..

If it were to happen to me, I'd be happy to have half the stuff I had compared to losing everything. But before any rollback takes place, I think it'd be better to figure out what the hell happened.
I don't want to find out that they did it themselves after moving their items, got rollbacks, and received a new set of ubers. -__-

I've received another PM from this guy. His account is still inaccessible to him.

Can we bring in Crono for this? The account is going to need an administrator to fix this since it crashes if you try and bring it up in-game due to the hacked names on the characters being too long for BB to handle.
