Found him in a B>mats room, went in to sell him mats and immediately noticed a Proof of Sword-Saint with only 42 kills, so looked further into it and seen an assortment of outrageous ubers such as a Dark Flow with 100HIT...

at that time I asked a few questions about the PoSS, he then deposited all the Ubers into his bank while I was talking. I told him I needed the PoSS since it did not have a valid Kill Counter, he gave me the PoSS.

Then I asked about the Dark Flow, after telling me he got it from a Friend named Jes GC# 22661188 he quickly Alt + Backspaced.

the only People in the room were GARY 3.0 and Gary GC#22644451, I do not know if they are Alts of each other or what.

He came back online about 5 minutes later and was in a locked room, it looked to me like he was trying to remove the evidence before he was searched so I banned him for Checking, I hope he didnt have time to Transfer the Dark Flow and any other items to another Character..

From what I seen it is atleast worth checking out, with the Invalid PoSS and the handful of Ubers such as a 100HIT Dark Flow.

He wasn't trying to remove the evidence he dc'ed and you banned the wrong account...... He logged back on right after to get back into the room, but the room was no longer up. He wasn't trying to hide anything from you. Also that PoSS was one of mine I had him unseal a long time back. Some of the kill counters of some stuff I unsealed ever dropped down to 0-255 kills and some jumped out to about 30k+ kills.

EDIT: He also sold the Dark Flow to the shop before he dc'ed.

So now am I just supposed to let people keep thier Items with Invalid Kill counters on Unsealable Items? if so, why do we require Pics of Kill Counters on unsealables? Also he is only banned for Checking, and with 2 GMs doing checks it shouldnt be long before he is back in the game playing if he is all clean, right?

If I made an error then I appologize for my mistake, but from what I have dealt with in the past his actions were very fishy and atleast deserved a check.

This has had to a lot of people and I've explained it on several occasions and reason why I don't remove such items. This has happened to Ramirez, few people I know, and myself.

Due to the issue with the kill counters I've also stopped removing items with invalid kill counters. Up to you if you follow suit.

I will make sure to note this...
I myself have never had a problem with unsealing, as far as I knew the TJS was the only Unsealable that was questionable when it came to Kill Counters.

Thank you both for your input on this situation, but all Kill Counters aside, what of the Dark Flow with 100HIT? Legit or not Legit, that is the question...

Well we only have DZLE's word for that, as for the d/c well yea, you can't tell if they d/c or Alt+Backspace.

I've known the guy for a long time and he's always been honest with me so I have no reason to believe otherwise.

Not likely, he was standing by the bank when he supposedly DC'd... he never went into the NPC shop not 1 time while I was in the room.

I watched him deposit all his Ubers into his bank right before he "DC'd"
so if he doesnt have it on that character or in that characters bank then it probably got transfered to another character or something before he got Banned.

He was xferring with himself using 2 differ comps. He logged back on with the account he xferred the Dark Flow to and sold it to the shop then.
