I was told C4 knew it was Kamui, so he probably just checked who was in the lobby at the time. Or a friend of his did. Otherwise, we have a leak.

And yeah, Accretion and a few others, like The Postmaster, are alt accounts, but I dunno whose.

IMO, he should remain banned anyway. Said his friend used his account to make bad jokes, then said his account was sold but he gave back the money, then said it was never sold, bla bla bla. He's not Brandon, afaik.

Edit: I never replied to your "so liek hallo" PM; I don't know what to say other than there's a lot of disinformation that gets propagated either through ignorance or malice, the source of which bothers me. I'm certainty not some omnipotent entity but, I can say there is a lot of misconception and skewed understandings, the sources of which drive me up the wall. I think if you were to ask anyone other than ma4b and friends, they would tell you I am a very humble and friendly player who respects peers; respect is everything.

Btw, Alukard was boasting on MSN that "they" had gotten Dyne (Lenneth) banned by claiming he was an alt of tt3 (who wasn't banned in-game in the first place afaik). Dyne hasn't logged on logged onto the game since 6months and hasn't visited the forums since Fiasco--I honestly think he has lost interest in the game but, I do hope that if he returns and has interest in working out the mess Ma4b has apparently made for him, he can have a smooth return. He's a friendly guy, a shame to see him nyxed out of the game so easily.

I see he is in the banned list Arelh posted, but I don't see his GC come up in any of the threads. Was it an IP match to another reported GC or is he banned just because he likes hanging around Brandon/etc? Not that I have a problem with it, though. I like how he always claimed his friends were legit and this and that. Whoops!

"so liek hallo" PM was when I told him I made a mistake in-game when I questioned him over claims he had traded for a 3seal using items like a 70hit clean Slicer. Asked him if he had not also given out clean 60hit Caliburs, but I should have checked my names first. It was Misery/Jellyjuice who did that (she quit a few months ago and gave her shit to KepiT/Tysu, including 60hit DFs...) He went mad at a friend of his and called him names, then said friend called me names. I explained I had made a mistake, but he didn't have the respect to acknowledge it or whatever. Of course, he has respect when he needs answers, though. Cute.

I'm sure "Dyne" can use the forums just fine, so if "Dyne" comes around, we'll see about him.

That's a heavy leading question, you know.

In short, I don't play with RnR/Aziz so much; Aziz literally appeared for one or two days, acting like an ass, griefing and then disappeared after Fiasco ended. Don't have much proof about conspiring or giving them items. That being said, he still knew he was playing with people that aren't welcome. Whether or not he gave them items (I guess we're presuming they would have duped them.), this still needs to be taken into consideration. I still think Iter is one of the sketchiest manipulators/liars we have around, but we don't have much to go on other than what his "enemies" said to Arelh/other GMs. Maybe he's due for some time off?

I don't know Iter at all, but where in the rules does it say that people can be "banned for covering unwelcome people" I understand that Brandon and them are BoS but I think banning another user without warning is wrong.

But that's just me, otherwise be ready to have your mailboxes spammed with more interrogating questions from users demanding reasoning for their ban.

I still think he should be forewarned before a ban. I 100% agree that he should have reported it considering he's not a n00b and knows of Brandon's, well, image I guess. But if, and when asked, they will be supplied with a reasonable answer and "is marked as accomplice and thus pay consequences" and some hearsay doesn't do enough justice.

When he faked that proof, Crono said he should take some time off (it was either a week or a month, as I recall), saying "we don't have any known priors as it pertains to faking evidence". Maybe we can wait to see what he thinks of this case, as well, considering who it involves and all that.

That being said, there's nothing in the rules that states users should report hacking/hacked items/cheaters/etc. They do so if and when they want to. I can understand the logic, as it's more pleasant to play and have fun than it is to sit back and make a report (I would know). In this case, however, we have an individual who knows who he's playing with and what those people have done and can do (not just people with GoE or a 70hit FS or stacks of PSes). Iter has a history of making false reports, trying to get other players into deep shit, and so on. As far as I'm concerned, this is just another issue that he's involved with and, as we've all agreed upon, should have reported. Either we make an addition to the rules or keep going on a case-by-case basis.

that is why we wanted to keep this as confidential and deal with this only from crono's and myself position, the GMs different view points are poping up just "crashing" without arrive to any solution, but unfortunately others informants sent pms to others GMs reporting to these guys and is logic that we can not keep this confidetial for the others GMs.

Iter stays banned and is my Word, i agree in the fact that iter is something like an accomplice of brandon and is not the first time that he does shit and he had to report them just like the others did already.

i talk to crono about this, im sorry but i don't want discussions of the GMs over this case, i deal with this with crono only.

i just want you all to do 1 thing, if you find brandon and company around here, just ban them over and over, we want them out of this place.
