EDIT: I saw SCOURM in a room and went in to confront him about the situation and asked him some names which could lead up to some evidence. He answered some questions and mentioned names. He said the guy that was in the room with him "Laas/unltd bought the three seals for items and now he has two 3 seals. I think you guys should find Laas/unltd's guld card and account checks are mandatory!
