Guy that filed the report wants the guy I banned unbanned. From what i can gather from this mess, they worked things out, but he still wants a player named "Your mom" and another player "navi" banned.

I think you misunderstood a bit...

Navi was robbed/scammed by a player, here is the Report
I think what bovice is saying is that he ran into the scammer who robbed Navi and got him to confess to it, which was basically already confessed to in the logs of the initial report by navitech9.
