Apparently 500ryu thought Algol was possibly responsible for his name showing up on Raresumo Forums?

It is hard to say if Algol is just trying to stir up trouble with people he does not like by making false reports and evidence, or... ...
Maybe he was deep enough in with these particular players to gain information on or about them and when they had a falling out or fight Algol just basically spilled the beans on everyone he had dirt on.

Quite honestly, my gut instinct tells me that Algol's reports are based on facts, possibly embellished to sound better (like when a movie says "based on a true story" and the movie turns out 10% facts and 90% special effects to "sell" the story)
on the other hand, Algol's name has been brought up before as a possible con-man trying to frame other players like the 500ryu case.
and from the logs I see in the 500ryu case, it seems Algol can be a bit of a troll sometimes, we need to figure out if Algol is Framing players or if he has facts and is snitching on people he has dirt on, either way somebody needs to get Banned FOREVER for making us spend all this time and energy on 1 case when there is probably a lot of other crap going on right now not related we could be investigating.

I totaly agree with you King, however i see that this is something with no end, everyone lies to save their ass, if this can not to be resolved because of that, then this guy should be banned like Iter, both of them will stay banned until at least one of them deign to tell the truth, if that never happen, then they will stay banned, this will be also a lesson for others stop to fake reports and say lies to see to their enemies banned and then our time will not to be wasted.

Anyone else agree with the ban? We have 3 GMs saying yes (me, King and Arelh), so I'm banning already.

i think that part of the origin of problems like this when the people fake reports and evidence and even an argument to prove the innocence, is because of those little wars that they have aginst each other (player vs player or team vs team), like ARELH said, they only do this to play with us and get banned to their enemies.

you guys are somehow alright, this will not have a real asolution because the people is acting like that with pure lies, i feel that this is like that little game called "the cat and the mouse" where they are pursuing to each other without end.

seems that there is not another good solution than this because we are being played by the users abit, ARELH is ok saying that this will serve as a lesson for everyone to stop faking evidece and the arguments to prove its innocence, they will cry much, but, 3 GMs already agree, me too, then my vote is yes.

This guy is still persisting on the matter, claiming to have many enemies, including keebs (who I have no idea who is).

This case sounds like those in which Crono comes and unban the guy stating there were no solid proof. I'm feeling like doing the same.

Resuming the situation: someone accused him of selling items for money. Sent fake pictures, pms didn't confirm anything and in the end the reporter got banned and forgot about it. Sounded like "well, it was a well worth sacrifice".

The only crime from Jazzy was typoing his GC.

I will unban him and unless some REAL evidence is found, (by any means, including stalking him) nobody should bother him anymore with it.

if the things are like that, this is a death point then, there is no evidence of his guilt and there is not evidence neither of his innocence.

however i do believe in this pic

i see no marks of an edition in this one, in the others about the forum pms, yeah it looks very edited, but this one is not.

i only agree in 1 thing with this guy, and is the part where he says that he has so many enemies, could be, but could be too that this guy is abusing of the game making money.

he should not be unbanned until clear up the things, as for now, that pic is enough for me, i was about to deeal with him anyway just waiting for a pm by his part.

at the end of the matter, if he wants to continue playing here, is fine then, he can make a new account, but this one as well as the others should be banned until furher notice imo.

is a death point after all, where the people involved should be taken as equal, but let him be for now, he will make a mistake sooner or later.

I will listen to his side of the story. That proof isn't definitive. He could be joking or trolling for all we know which would warrant a ban of 1 week which he has served already.

all his sory is that he is not doing that activity to make money and that he has so many enemies, perhaps because of the same thing, he was just trolling them.

With no real proof of either. It is possible those screens were on a different PC environment and thus had slightly different skin, or just loaded incorrectly. And since we don't have a "How long is the ban for false reports?) I have decided iter will be banned for the full month until the 25th. Unban him that day if you can please. (username and IP or whatever else) I still believe we need to keep an eye on Classy though.

that is why i wanted to ban they both (i believe that most most of the GMs does not like my method and i sometimes feel like i am not being supported, but it is my way to put them in discipline, i try to not do it much thought but the people is not friendly to get us take more options, if they cooperate with me, its fine, if no, then said person will learn with a little punishment, they need win the chance ,that's just me) to show them and to the others that trying to play with any GM sending fakle reports will not to be tolerated and that their stupid wars and personal problems should not to be mixed and should end if possible because their reports to make done their revenge against his enemies just make us waste our time and we are not here to fix personal or team problems.

the proof about this will be hard to get unless the reporter is a very trustable font and is out of any personal problems with a player.

someone should make another point very clear in the rules about fake reports.
