before ban him from the forum, please ban him from the server first.

i want to know what does he have to say once his server account is banned.

There were a couple of the items I was interested in, so I PM'd him back asking what sort items he was looking for trade. Several hours later, I received this PM:

I replied to the PM that I was not interested in buying game-items for real-life money. A couple days later I received a similar PM from ClassyJ.

I replied a bit more harsh this time, I was not happy at getting involved with this sort of transaction. I told him that I was not interested, and also let him know that it was against the server rules to make this type of offer. I value my own account and playtime on this server greatly, and I have no interest in getting involved in something of this type. Then more recently--several days ago--I received this PM; I did not reply, and decided to report it instead becase it is getting very irritating.

It would be nice if some sort of action could be taken, I feel uncomfortable receiving these kinds of offers, and being targetted for this kind of sale. I have a feeling that I'm not the only one and that he may be targetting other players as well.

He must know he is banned by now, and his current auction should be closed and locked if he is banned?

he still claims that everything is fake and someone is against him, the hard things here is to know who is saying the truth and who is not, i mean a certain way to know this could be by acceessing to the reporter forum account and see if he really have such Pm's, but i think only Lee or crono can to do it.

as is usual, some people hide part of their trade activities sending PMs to avoid some points in the rules, speacially this.

i talk to iter to see if he can give me proof of this guy selling items for cash in an other way, perhaps pics of the PM's.

there is another case that involves to Locox3 selling items for cash, but he also persist in saying that he is not doing such thing.

there is something in the pics that catch my attention, the forum skin that he is using is the same as i use, but those white bars in there are something that do not appear in my skin, looks odd.

Here's the pics of the original PMs I got from him; and also I don't have a problem with this guy or trying to make him "look dirty;" I only reported this because I don't want to get mixed up in this kind of money stuff; if I said "no" one time and left me alone, it would have been no problem but, I kept getting bothered by him, lol.

it really looks fake, i use that same skin and i do not have any those things.

about the typing thing, now that you pointed it out, looks very different, to be honest is hard for me to identify the differences because is not my main language, i see them equal, the good part of this is that we have this forum to discuss this with the others GMs so we can get more help.

classyJ can be unbanned at this point, i believe that we have enough proof of his innocence with this analysis and there is nothing else to that can give us it, i was just waiting for a help like this.

about iter, we can accuse him for false reports and evidence alteration, sounds good?

Lee is going to get into Iter's and ClassyJ's accounts and verify if such PMs were sent. We will get into a resolution soon.

UPDATE: No evidence has been found in both accounts PM list.

Resolution:
ClassyJ unbanned.
Iter banned from both forum and game.

Apparently 500ryu thought Algol was possibly responsible for his name showing up on Raresumo Forums?

It is hard to say if Algol is just trying to stir up trouble with people he does not like by making false reports and evidence, or... ...
Maybe he was deep enough in with these particular players to gain information on or about them and when they had a falling out or fight Algol just basically spilled the beans on everyone he had dirt on.

Quite honestly, my gut instinct tells me that Algol's reports are based on facts, possibly embellished to sound better (like when a movie says "based on a true story" and the movie turns out 10% facts and 90% special effects to "sell" the story)
on the other hand, Algol's name has been brought up before as a possible con-man trying to frame other players like the 500ryu case.
and from the logs I see in the 500ryu case, it seems Algol can be a bit of a troll sometimes, we need to figure out if Algol is Framing players or if he has facts and is snitching on people he has dirt on, either way somebody needs to get Banned FOREVER for making us spend all this time and energy on 1 case when there is probably a lot of other crap going on right now not related we could be investigating.

in the Screenshot of J Juuiicee mail his GC# is 22679036 and ClassyJ has his GC# as 22679063 in his Forum Profile, probably just a typo, but it should be corrected if so.
