Reason: both players had high hit items like FS, SQ, SN, Rambling May, etc. They both lied or tried to lie their way out of the situation. I was told by a teammate of Alyu/Lesnipe that he was thinking about quitting, but that he would give out items first. Given there's a risk he might pass around items he shouldn't, I think his other GCs need to be banned and cleaned, too.

We're well-aware of the circumstances surrounding the bans, don't worry about that.
There's more "hearsay" from other users that have no reason to be flustered, so we'll see how that goes. Once the account is checked, you'll be notified whether it's unbanned or not.

Have my doubts over the 50hit DLS, but it's nothing big.

3 unused PS? Nothing bad, but I don't know many users that carry PS. He doesn't have a single PD, either? That's a bit odd.

MR sphered to 90% in 3 areas and one with 90n and 30d. Yeah, lots of spheres, but there's no hard evidence he made the PS himself.

The 60hit DM was given to him, he said, by a friend named "Brand1".

I'd remove the 3 PS and the DM, but I'll let you decide. We'll see for Alyu's accounts when you have the time to check them. I hope we'll find the items Betiux said he had...

i think would be good to make a content comparision between betiux and the others, regardless of the ítems you metioned, the account looks clean.

also is the HM 33 hit a reward from the casino or event?

Lesnipe is clean, it seems. Except for the hacked spheres used on his item.

What bugs me about them is how one says he gave me a Doom Bringer and the other says it had 75hit. Either Alyu dropped his hacked items (could be on his other accounts) or Betiux lied to me and made a false log.

Will you be checking Alyu's other accounts, as well? 25053117 and 25036005.
I was told he wanted to quit after he was banned for a check and that'd he'd be giving away his items, so it's possible we won't find much.

Must admit, love the search feature; it helps remembering stuff. As far as I'm concerned, all the users who benefited from hacked spheres AND KNEW about it need to be treated the same way as whoever hacked them. Hell, it's in rule 1.3. =P
