Hello, I believe I have a new lead on C_Qus.

It is based on C_Qus trading items for real money.

However, I was checking C_Qus's profile to see the last time he went on and after it seemed like he had 2 warns. I was curious to see what they were.

It was then I saw Rufus (The Forum Mod) issue a warn and a ban on September 2nd, 2011

The following warning was issued to this user
» The BB Trade Section Rules clearly state that trading items for money is absolutely unacceptable.

Then he got banned for it

Banned user for reason “Trading items for money.”

I guess I will verify this with Rufus, also MIURETH does this have to do with the incident from before, when he reported someone selling him an item for real money? However, even though this has been done 1 year ago approximately, he's been playing PSOBB for a long time and joined since July of 2009 so he knew the rules. Therefore this gives us rights to be even more suspicious even though this was done a long time ago.

It might not relate to this topic, however it may be a lead. Also let me verify this, I don't want to give false information out. However if you check his profile its right their.

Also, another thing guys: This was the report from Early December, it relates to C_Qus somewhat, however it doesn't prove anything. Remember I was telling you about the report when I price checked Charge Repeaters 75% hit because I was offered that for my Megid Lvl 30, here it is: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=65793

it happened a year ago, we really forgot about that report in december once we got more, i agree, the case of this guy should be resolved carefully.

this means he will be banned the necessary time.... while we can join the chain of his actions.

in the part where we probably can have some kind of solid proof is the fact of the hacked items that he had around.

yeah thats true :/ it's like a circle. We went 360 degrees and we are back to square one. However how can we get more clues exactly? Can you ban C_Qus on the trade forums just in case in the trade section.

Also say if you know anything about this guy or his supiscious items please pm a GM. You can always do that I guess, however I am not sure if it will help, it may be good to try. Of course if thats okay with you, also as far as hacked item goes. We need to get a result from Crono ,and ARELH told me he banned the 2 accounts and we're waiting on Crono to move further.

you can ask him the origin of each one of the suspicious items ,but i have the feeling that he will not answer quickly or simply he will ignore the questions

let's just never mind for now the fact he wanted to sell items for money, that is just making us walk in circles, lets just being focused more in the possible hacked items.

we have at least a bit of more base over the hacked items to work with him (notice the number of times he has been reported for duped or hacked items).

and well, let's just wait for the rest of the info.

however one thing. He normally tends to lie about sources from a long ago, also C_Qus's doesn't come on everyday, to be honest with you he barely comes on. He might come on once every 2 weeks. I know this, because practically everyone left his Consequences team because he is so inactive also, also I check the dates he comes on.

I banned him on August 16th, 2012. He came on the forums on that day, the last time he signed on was August 1st, 2012. Anyways I will see, but I doubt he will cooperate and tell sources.

okay well, I guess we can only focus on the account I banned and see what Crono thinks with this one.

Probably if he is a donator, we remove all the suspicious item and tell him he can never trade again and tell MIURETH to write on the forums, and we ban him for one week.

Or we permanent ban him, any other alternatives? Did anyone get in contact with Crono by now, meaning did Crono actually reply to you (ARELH) or MIURETH

I suggest MIURETH should also ban him from the trade section also, the same way he did for KevinPSO.

Also I saw another warn by Leona on C_Qus's profile.

It was on March 17th, 2011. She said do not use another persons picture, or else you will be banned from the trading section. Did he make a fake proof picture, or used someone legit pics and photoshoped it and said he got this item when he really didnt? Can Leona or someone else verify this.

Because you see that right their is suspicious, he would only need a proof picture if he is trying to cover up something. Therefore ever since the beginning this guy has been fishy around the trade section.

He was warned by Leona, warned and banned by Rufus. Many people say he is the source of illegal, hacked, duped items. He is selling/buying donated and hacked items. He even was accused of selling his item for real money (Rufus said this himself)

I think he should be permanently banned, after all the warns, all the suspicious things in the trading section. He doesn't seem like the ideal, honor player he says to be

Also asking him the original will not help, he already lied, gave false sources. Even if he has sources it won't help at all. It's hard to believe him and anyone here. I suggest we just ban the guy. He has high hit suspicious, hacked items. We should ban his account and if Crono wants he can take the items he donated for and give it back to him. However, we need to contact him first

I saw Crono in the game, after he updated the server with Lee. I talked to him via pm's

cqs is banned of the trade section.

i had a little talking to crono about cqs, but he said that he wanted to talk to arelh about this, but it will be when they both can find to each other .

You should ask Crono about these items in my opinion:

95% hit Hell Raygun (I remember this being a present/donated item for DZLE) I am not sure if this was duped.
l&k 38 combat 65% hit
Charge Vulcans 95% hit
Charge Repeaters 70% hit
Charge Cutter 75% hit
Charge Diska 75% hit
Red Mechgun 60% hit (highest to my knowledge was 49% hit which was Casino)
Guld Milla 55% hit (Cqus donated for a 60% hitter not a 55% hitter)
Charge Gatling 70% hit
Charge Spread 65% hit (Cqus said he donated for a 60% hitter not a 65% hitter )
