C_Qus is in need of an account check. His name was previously included in this topic viewtopic.php?f=83&t=78570. He is need of an account check, due to the fact of suspicious/hacked/duped items. (However even though he has admitted to having high hit items, some of them are donations from Crono.

The reason why he is a sensitive case is because, he has been highly suspicious of hacked items for the past few months. He traded high hit items in the game, he probably duped donation items and sold them, he has bought donated items (this is confirmed.) Who knows? However at the same time, he's been playing for a long time and he donated to Crono, therefore if we ban his account, he looses money. Therefore is Crono leniant with these situations or he will still permanently banned them, even if they spent real money?

He has been reported for Charge Repeaters 70% hit saying the source is keebs (during, all of my times playing PSOBB, he has had suspicious soruces.)

Therefore he does need an account check. He pm'ed me online also, so suggestions on this one will be highly appreciated.

This is C_Qus's pm to me and this is what he said he donated for, he also admitted to buying 95% hit Charge Vulcans and he said he knew they were donated.

C_Qus seems very suspicious to me, even though he donated to the server and he got items. It doesn't change the fact that he had duped, hacked items. He knows about what he's doing, he even admitted and said I played for a very long time, etc. etc. He knows, it's wrong to hack, dupe and buy/sell Donated items, however he still does it.

Therefore, I don't know what to say guys, any suggestions?

C_Qus has suspicious high hit items, possible hacked/duped. He also offered the 95% hit Charge Vulcans to KevinPSO (if indeed he is a collector) why does he want to get rid of it so quickly

It's been a while but I do vaugely remember the 60% hit Charge Shot.

Let's check the account and see what's on it.

Donating to the server does not mean you get preferred treatment.

Also, I did a little bit of research it is said he donated for these items, or he got them from elitevpers. I am not sure, therefore I am not sure if we check for these also. We need to check with Crono and see if he got these items also

This is a link to a video, however I cannot confirm it, if he actually donated for these items or not. However their is a possibility he might of on another account and they figured it out.

I personally know this link and I remember him being on it. Therefore I went to the link, saw his name in the video and wrote down those items. Also, this was originally posted a few months ago, before it got deleted or moved.

This can be used as evidence to see, what other items he received. (That's why we need to confirm it and see how far it takes us)

It was posted at a lot of sites, in fact. Unfortunately, it's nigh on impossible to sift through all the bullshit people come up with to get others banned. Images can be edited, chat logs can't be trusted, and hearsay isn't reliable in most cases. -__-

It sucks, but we can only rely on the info Crono can give us and what we find in his banks. The rest? Just can't trust it. Maybe he did buy shit from EPVPers, but we can't prove it with certainty. Nothing more I'd like than to rid the server of those people, but it's not an easy task. Or even a reasonable one.

As for him, even if we find those items in his banks, it doesn't necessarily mean he got them by paying. Casino Excals can be traded for, so who's to say where he actually got them from? If he gloated and someone decided to get him banned, saying that the items he traded for were paid for with actually money isn't hard to do, and might just have happened. Wouldn't be the first time, nor would it be the last. @__@

yep exactly, also he got a 95% hit Charge Vulcans from a donater. One of the rules says, "You are not allowed to buy/sell donated items."

He admitted and said he bought it, also he offered it to KevinPSO and he refused. KevinPSO told me that yesterday, when I banned him.

Okay, I'll see what I can do, however he did tell me one of his account was pretty inactive which he barely used. However, I will hunt for him on both accounts and see if I can slap him with a ban.

That's only if I find him online of course
